Teddy Bear Picnic

The Medford Family Network put on a Teddy Bear Picnic this past Saturday. Unfortunately it was pouring so it was moved inside to the high school. I brought Carter for a "Mommy and Carter day" as Carter said. They had this great program for kids called Knuckle Bones. They provided all sorts of equipment for the kids to play with. It was a great way to spend a rainy Saturday morning.

Backyard Picnics

A few weeks ago when it was nice Dave suggested having a picnic in the backyard for lunch. Carter thought it was the best idea ever and he loved it! We had another picnic on Father's Day.

First Walk in the Woods

It was nice out on Wednesday so we decided to take the kids for a walk in the woods and let Carter throw rocks in the water. I have said it before, but I just love how close we are to the Fells, and that my kids still get to be in the woods despite living so close to the city.

Sand & Water Table

I bought a sand and water table for the kids recently. It was the best purchase because they can play together and they both love it.....if I could only get Mason to stop drinking the water!

Memorial Day Weekend

We went to two BBQs over Memorial Day weekend. We were fortunate to have good weather. Here are the kids enjoying some fruit. We got through so much fruit in our house.

We went to the Corliss's house and the kids had lots of fun playing in the water!

Mason also tried a little ice cream.

Backyard Visitor

Our friend Kate found a turtle in the parking lot of her work. She rescued him and brought him over to visit.
