At the last minute I signed up Carter for soccer this fall.  He was really excited to play and he loved his first day. He didn't want it to end, so it made me happy he likes it so much.  Medford Youth Soccer contracts with Mass Premiere Soccer to come and teach the kids.  "Coach Andy" is so great with the kids and really enthusiastic. 

Apple Picking & Beach

We took the kids apple picking to my absolute favorite orchard around here, Russel Orchard. It was a beautiful day and very warm. It was unusual picking apples when it was so hot out, but the apples were perfect and plentiful. It was so nice out that after we went apple picking we went to the beach and went swimming. Apple picking and the beach in the same day was a first for me...I blame global warming, so maybe we will be doing a lot more of it in the future.

Mason has a new obsession with socks.  He has to be wearing them at all times, especially at bedtime, no matter how hot it is outside! Here is a picture of him with his socks. 

Davis Farmland

We took the kids to Davis Farmland over Labor Day weekend.  It is a far drive for us, but the kids love it.
