Vacuuming

Carter loves to help around the house. He puts his own laundry in the hamper and he likes to vacuum.

Father's Day

We had a Father's Day party at Carter's school. There was a pie eating contest for the Dads, which Dave participated in, but sadly lost.

Then Carter's class "performed" Take me Out to the Ball Game. Carter did a great job. He really loves music and all the attention.

Daddy really loved the performance. Carter and Daddy watched the other kids after he was done.

Unfortunately the weather on Father's Day was awful, so our plan of going to the zoo didn't work out, but we did have brunch at The Beehive. Carter fell asleep on the way to the restaurant.

This is everything Carter got for Daddy.

After brunch we went home and played inside because of all the rain.

Boston & BBQ

We took Carter into the city for the afternoon and went to the park on the waterfront in the North End. He enjoys being outside and people watching.

Last weekend we had a BBQ at our house. We had a nice day and Carter got to see all his friends.

Carter also had a good time dancing with Cailyn.

Finally, Carter is starting to get some hair. These are some pictures of what happens when we let Daddy do Carter's hair.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a very busy Memorial Day weekend.

We started the weekend by getting home early on Friday and Carter played with water outside.


We then went to two BBQs and saw tons of friends. Carter loved playing with all the kids and played in a sand box for the first time and had lots of fun on the slide.

Cousins

Carter and Lyla got to spend some time together this weekend. Carter loves older children and its fun now that he is very interested in what Lyla is doing. Here are some pictures of them together from the last couple of visits we had.

Hopefully we will be able to get together more often!!

Mothers Day

Carter's "school" had a mother's day party for all the Mom's on Friday afternoon. It was really fun and the babies in Carter's classroom did a routine to Five Little Monkeys. Carter did such a great job. I tried video taping him, but it was hard to get a good shot. This is what I got.

On Mother's Day we went out to breakfast and to the Arnold Arboretum It was the Lilac festival

Carter likes watching us eat and was always grabbing the spoon when we tried to feed yogurt or applesauce so we decided to get him his own bowl and spoon and he did such a great job!
