Harvard Museum of Natural History

We love free museums and go to them as much as possible. On Sunday mornings the Harvard Museum of Natural History is free to Massachusetts residents. We have taken Carter a few times and he really loves it. We went to the museum and walked around Harvard Square.

Davis Farmland

We had another busy weekend. We decided to check out Davis Farmland. Carter loves looking at animals, plus there was a water park so it was a good time. Carter really loved the goats and said they were his "best friends."

Trip to Lake Ontario

We went to my Aunt Sandy's cottage on Lake Ontario for Megan's graduation party/family reunion. It was so fun to have all the family together. We had a long car ride which did not get off to a great start. Poor Carter got sick 40 minutes into the trip, which we think was motion sickness. After we got everything cleaned up the rest of the ride went smoothly!

Heat Wave

We are experiencing a heat wave this week, so we have been taking many trips to the pond. Carter is a little fish. He loves being in the water so its nice to have a place a 1/2 mile down the road to go to.

Its been too hot to cook so we went out to dinner.



Every Tuesday at the pond there is a concert and activities for children. This Tuesday we packed a picinic and went to the pond again!

Fourth of July Weekend

We continued our annual tradition of going to the Corliss's house for the fourth of July and as always had a great time. This year they rented a bounce house and it was a big hit with all the kids and also led to exhausted kids!



There were also water balloons...





Madelyn is the only one who did not throw her balloons right away. This is Carter itching to get his hands on her balloons.
